Supporting You Through ODP Services
TVTS LIVING ASSIST provides person-centered services to adults with intellectual disabilities and
autism through Pennsylvania's Office of Developmental Programs (ODP). We understand that navigating waiver services can feel complicated, so our team is here to help participants and families understand their options and work with their Supports Coordinator to access authorized services.
Our goal is to promote independence, choice, and meaningful participation at home and in the community.
Waivers We Accept
TVTS LIVING ASSIST provides services to eligible participants enrolled in the following Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) waivers:
Consolidated Waiver: Supports individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism who need services and supports to live, work, and participate in their homes and communities.
Community Living Waiver : Provides home and community-based supports that promote greater independence, community participation, and opportunities for individuals to achieve their personal goals.
Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) Waiver:
Provides home and community-based services and supports to help individuals live more independently while remaining connected to their families
Services are based on each participant's Individual Support Plan (ISP), assessed needs, waiver eligibility, and authorized services.
Important Waiver Information
Waiver eligibility and service authorization are determined through the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) and the participant's Individual Support Plan (ISP). TVTS LIVING ASSIST does not determine waiver eligibility
or guarantee approval, funding, or authorization of services.
Services provided by TVTS LIVING ASSIST must be authorized in the participant's ISP and must be services for which TVTS is qualified and approved to provide. Participants and families are encouraged to work closely with their Supports Coordinator when selecting services and providers.
